Returns and Refunds

As these sarees are customized to individual measurements, we encourage you to provide accurate waist and height measurements when placing your order. This ensures a perfect fit. If you have any questions about the fabric, design, measurements, or anything else, feel free to reach out to us via chat or call.

However, we understand if you're not fully satisfied with the product upon receiving it and wish to return it. Below is all the information you need regarding our return policy and how to initiate a return:

Return Policy - India

  • You can return any product within 7 days of receiving it. After this period, returns cannot be accepted, as the saree is customized and tailored to your measurements. 
    Important: Products that include a stitched blouse are not eligible for return, as the blouse is tailored to your individual measurements and cannot be reused. We appreciate your understanding.
     

  • The saree must be unused and in the same condition you received.
     

  • You need to ship back the product yourself to this address:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, as we do not charge any shipping fees on our orders.
     

  • Please WhatsApp the tracking details to our number 9880625300 once you have shipped the product back.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will message you on WhatsApp to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or Google Pay, within 3 to 5 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at readytowearsaree@gmail.com.

How to raise a return request

International Returns Policy

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders, as each piece, including the saree and the blouse, is made to order and entirely customized based on individual measurements or preferences. Due to the nature of our products and the complexity of international logistics, including potential customs delays and the risk of damage during reverse shipping, we are unable to process returns from outside India. We encourage our international customers to review sizing guides carefully and reach out to us before placing an order if they have any questions or need assistance.
